Yes, thank you! (I actually was able to get the 
addresses installed  
myself, but Brian sent me pdf instructions on 
setting up Thunderbird.)

I was just following up on a service request we 
have for you (#32872) regarding getting the 
server address installed.
 
Has this been resolved for you?  If not, just let 
us know and we'll update the task and let the

What server address do you need?

The mail servers are:

incoming.wou.edu
outgoing.wou.edu

The type is IMAP.

all she needs is the server address installed so 
she can connect to the server.
