I took the old computer (which in fact is not
working properly) and gave them an old spare
monitor which they can use temporarily until they
get another 19" monitor.

she said that the monitor that she has now is 
going out and the color is off and kind of grey
and she tried adjusting the settings and none of 
them are helping and she can barely see the print.
she has two monitors hooked up and that is one of 
thw two
