Went over to office and restarted printer.
Everything works after a restart, but problem
always continues later on.

Called and left a vmail requesting availability.

times within the last 2 weeks. 

printer is located in his office on the table. 

does not give him an error message, no icon pops 
up either. 

Available times: 
anytime today tomorrow or wednesday.
