Hi Teresa,

In WUC room 145, the thin client is not working. 
Meaning the green power light will not come on. I 
have tried different power packs, outlets...with 
no luck. That is what service request 32955 is 
about. I called UCS to update that request upon 
my return. This office space can be accessed 
730am-5pm Monday through Friday to verify what is 
happening with the thin client.

As far as JD Welch, he can not login to my office 
computer upstairs (210I). For some reason it 
won't let him. Which is strange to me. I do know 
that JD works Wednesday July 22 until 130pm. So, 
my thought is to have a tech stop by about 1-
115pm to work on my computer with JD here.

Hi Chelsee,
 
We were just checking in regarding the service 
request that we have for you that (#32955) that 
was related to getting JD Welch connected in WUC 
room 145.  If you would like, just email me some 
times that might work for having a UCS technician 
stop by and help and I'll update the request.  :)

called saying the monitor its self turns but the

was sent to hook up a thin client in room 145 by 
his supervisor. Says he made sure every cable is 
connected but the screen appears blue and says 
Sun Microsystems in white and there is a grey box 
that is bouncing on the screen. 

It is the custodial staff breakroom and would 
like the thin client accessible for them in Room 
145.

anytime between 8am -5pm
