Its a host-based printer, not a centrally-managed
printer, so we have to install the
drivers/software lcoally for it to work.

She had a new printer put in the office.
in NS 114 

the new printer is is not matching up with what 
the printer directory on the computers. the new 
printer is a lazer jet P2035N and the directory 
has the number as 2100PCL6 so all the printer is 
doing when they print is printing blank sheets 
with nothing on them
