says she tried doing the updates, but she cannot 
because she is not an admin to that machine. she 
would like to be an administrator on that machine 
and would like to have Lisa Wilson be one as 
well.

would like to have outlook set-up, she has tried 
to set it up herself and had trouble. says 
computer might need to be updated, says for some 
reason it will not do its regular updates.
