Mcaffe was on her computer with sophos. so she
said asked me to uninstall mcaffee virus protection.

she is at her computer and she sees an icon 
mcCaffe security and one for the mcCafee network. 
and she has not remembered seeing those on her 
desktop before. 
she cannot get into her internet or email for 
some reason.

internet explorer works with the internet but 
firefow does not work.
