when she turns on her computer it is all blue and 
fuzzy and when she logs on it a big black on the 
right side vertically. and yellow speckles all 
over and the letters on the icons are shaking.
it does not let her stay logged in for long 
because the screen turns black.
the best way to get a hold of her is phone and 
she can not do any work without her computer
