I believe we have resolved most (if not all) of
her wireless issues.

I spoke with Michele this morning.  I tried to
explain some of the details to her.  She is going
to test her wireless at home tonight (mail,rdp)
and let me know tomorrow.

She is having issues connecting to newmail and
remote desktop.

went over to look at her problem. She was actually
looking at the computer processes not the
applications tab and i told her that was normal.
she also said that she still wanted to see if her
problem with her laptop using the Remote Access
could still be looked into. She said she will
bring the laptop in tomorrow and call Dave or
Brian Berkley.

she is only running like 3 tasks but the task 
manager shows running more than 20 and it is 
running really slow. and she has tried restarting 
her computer too and still does the same 
time.when she restarted her computer it says new 
hardware has been installed called multimedia 
audio controller

and when she was abroad in london she was having 
trouble accessing the school western email and 
also she could not access her remote desktop 
either over in london.
