My guess is the service request should have been 
closed as I did receive 
help from one of "your" folks and the issue was 
resolved.  I want to say 
it was the same day or day after the request was 
submitted.

Connected his computer back to the printer on
radar: CR Career Center. there are 2 more of the
same name on klinger and bart, but they don't
work.  Couldn't find the printer for the two other
computers. it is a Dell 1700

he is having trouble printing and it is giving 
him an error message when he tries and prints

he has tried to print from word and excell too 
and still does not work.
