She was opening the attachments instead of saving
them first. Then when she hit the save button it
saved them to some weird folder that she couldn't
find. I told her to save the attachment first so
she can remember where she put it.

she is on her email and she lost an attachment 
and and she said saved it but it did not ask how 
she wanted to save it. and now she opened it back 
up and nothing was there. she is wondering if it 
is still retrievable.
