She called back again and is wondering what the 
status was. can someone please look at this it 
has been over a week and noone looked it or 
updated anything..i am updating the priority

called to ask what the status of this is. 

says the file she is looking for is: 
c/drive/dbtext/database and this on the C-drive.

says she has not been able to access her 
databases and noticed today she is unable to 
access them.

anytime today until 4:30pm
