This thin client is supposed to be a kiosk

That's because that thin client is assigned to the kiosk server. A 
tech needs to swap it out with one that isn't.

TECH: Please label the thin client as a kiosk one so this doesn't 
happen again.

This thin client is sticking in Kiosk mode and
won't (intuitively) allow for a logon screen.  I
clicked in the upper left hand box and the thin
client rebooted back into the kiosk screen.
