I installed the Java Connector for Outlook and the
application crashed when we tried to launch. 
Apparently this is not compatible with Office
2007.  I decided to reghost the machine and start
over.  I installed Thunderbird instead, as this
was an acceptable alternative to Outlook.

She already has a 19in monitor. You can ask her 
if she wants to keep it.
