she called back saying that when it restarted on 
its own again it fixed everything and it is all 
fine now.. ill complete the task

she was working on a document and it rebuted on 
her and started back up and she restarted the 
computer again and logged back in and now it says 
that she is logged in twice and she is locked out 
of the document that she was editing before the 
first time it restarted on its own. and it 
restarted on its own while i was talking with her 
on the phone.
