Replaced the graphics card and everything worked
fine.  Deleted old profiles, installed spyware,
spybot and ccleaner.

the computer in the guard office at the pool is 
still not working.  We were under request # 33341 
and you brought us a new monitor, it worked for 
awhile and now is doing the same thing.  It will 
turn on (we don't think it is the monitor) and 
then everything shuts off.  We called about it 
about 2 weeks ago and were told you would just re-
open that request but I hadn't heard anything on 
this, so I thought I'd double check.

Gabe,
I checked into the Pools eligibilty for a 
replacement under the general fund replacement 
program. They are not eligible unfortunately but 
I have contacted some people to see if there are 
funds available to purchase a replacement.  In 
the mean time we need to do our best to get her 
existing equipment up and running or find an old 
desktop from a lab area that was replaced to swap 
it with.

the same thing is happening again... ill re-open

Monitor kept shutting off every time the computer
was powered on. Replace monitor.

the monitor is not working correctly and the 
screen is just staying black but the power light 
is on and they have tried restarting it multiple 
times.
