Hasn't had any problems with the compter. She said

Called and left vmail to have her call us back to
see if she has had any virus warnings pop up.

Her I: does show up. Ran Malware bytes and nohting
showed up. Ran CCleaner also.  Had her log into
remote desktop and no Virus warning popped up. She
said sometimes it takes a while, so i said id
leave the task open to see if it happened again.

called saying she is Not able to get into the 
internet and the I-drive. says she was able to 
get into internet about 5 minutes ago then 
stopped working. 

says when she was on the remote desktop she got a 
pop up warning of virus found. says she canceled 
and logged off.

she is able to get into the internet but not the

she is not able to get on to her desktop, the 
network, or anything and she tried restarting too.

her computer has threats on it saying that it is 
infected by threats and has trojan stuff popping 
up too.
