Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

when she opens a file on excel, it gives her a 
grey screen. but when she goes to print preview 
she gets a file that popps up. but it wont even 
bring it up for her to edit it or anything. and 
there is not even a file name that is on teh top 
of the screen. 
she said she already restarted her computer too 
and nothing changed.
