She really doesn't like her Thunderbird.  Is there
a setting in Tbird that makes it so that you don't
have to log in every time you send an email? 

said she is unable to forward emails. says she 
called and Brian let her know what to do said she 
did what he said but still cannot forward emails. 


said she has tried printing out Lance's blog but 
still having trouble. 

Set her up with Tunderbird and office pack to view
newer office files.

she is having problems with the sundown email and 
now would like to be switched over to the outlook 
express. and if someone can go help her set it up 
and show her how it works.
