I had been really busy and just didn't have a 
chance to respond, but the past couple of days it 
has been much more reliable. I don't know what 
the difference is. I will call back if it 
continues to be a problem, but for the moment you

she is in her office and she is on Wou-secure 
network but she clicks on view availablity she 
see that she is getting the limited connectivity 
under wou-secure
