It works fine, it was switched to VGA instead of DVI

She can't get her new computer to work computer

There's a Dell selfe respnce feture check that is 
not resonding to the computer. 
She says Lance can get in while she is gone. She 
will be in tomorrow 9/9 morning. She thinks it is 
just a montor problem.

Computer F17SK61 the power supply is not working
tried putting it in a different outlet and even on
a different room. The phone is dead in that room
as well.
