says this happened last night, says she went to 
turn it on last night and made a noise like it 
would turn on and it shut down. says today she 
tried to turn it on and nothing happened not even 
a sound. it is a mac desktop. 
says she checked the cables and everything seems 
fine. 

avialable times: 
anytime if she is not in any staff in the office 
can let someone in.
