she is sitting at her computer working and it is 
frozen now witht eh cursor in the hourglass and 
the SQL is under the hourglass.

She is at lunch for the next hour and she can not 
do anything with it frozen
she said it happen Astra scheduler program and 
she is not sure that triggered the freeze or not.
