Bob called back looking for Richard and I told 
him Richard was out for the day so he asked to 
see if another technician could assist with 
this.  He isn't able to work in his office with 
this problem.

His MAC address is: 00:25:00:48:6a:33.  The cisco
agent keeps giving an error about the Clean Access
Certificate.  We did the updates (yes, I was bad
and let him come in after hours) via the wire. 
Still no luck.

I got him to use the wouuser account so that he
can temporarily use the machine.

He cannot get past the Mac logon.  The MASH
account seems to be different than his Macbook
logon credentials.
