****This is an email****
Hello,
I'm putting in a new service request, for
computer # 20030365[Edit Inv], in NS 121.

When I went to login this morning, I found that
all of my settings have been erased & it has gone
back to some sort of default setting, for both
the desktop & the internet (i.e. no Favorites
list, the new homepage is MSN.com while my old
homepage was WOU email.)

Is there anyway to restore my old settings? Or
are they gone for good?

Also, the computer has been running very slowly
lately, and yet the Task Manager shows that my
CPU usage is jumping around rapidly from 0% to
100% when I'm not doing anything. Could my work
station be accessed from another computer which
might be slowing it down?

thanks-
Piper M-W
