She is going to wait for the new web-based email
system to come out and see if she likes that and
if not she will contact us and request thunderbird
installed.

The problem is, she is unable to edit let alone
see anyone else's calendars. She is available
after 12:30 today to install thunderbird.

Re-wrote the permissions to the folder and child
directories/files in it. She was not there for me
to test to see if this worked. So i will find out
on Wednesday.

where outlook saves calendars:

C:\Documents and Settings\USER Name\Local 
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

check to make sure she has write access to the 
files in this directory.

she is on outlook and she goes to her calendar to 
set an appointment and she tries to save the 
appointment it then says access denied and that 
you do not have permission to perform this 
opperation and she has always been able to do 
that.
