We have a service request for you (#33636) that 
was regarding not being unable to get into your 
email account when you click on the icons.  I 
believe it was working but then it wasn't so we 
wanted to just check in and see if it's working 
okay or if not, if we can help with this.  We'd 
be happy to help, just let us know.

called back saying he thought it was fine but is 
not. says he is having too many problems with his 
machine. says he is getting an overlapping screen 
of sun java that came up. says when he clicks on 
icons they come up as an overlapping screen.  

Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

says he gets an overlapping screen when it 
reboots his machine. 

says he clicks on the email bookmark and nothing 
happens same thing is happening to him when he 
clicks on the western home page.
