His computer is reimaged and ready for delivery. 

Note: I replaced the hard drive, and put on a 745
image (we don't have a working 620 image) and then
did all updates and reinstalled drivers.

he called back saying that the LindJ file is the 
only one and that if this can not be fixed by 
3:30pm today then he would like to have the 
temporary machine that Richard offerd.

he is going to be in an out of the office so if 
you need to go into his offiec then he said to 
just go right in and do what you need to do.

HD is crapping out and I can't get the auto system
restore to work. I called him to find out what
files he needs pulled off of his system. I have an
external HD hooked up to the system and it is
booted to Ubuntu Live. 

His files are in a folder called LindJ.

right now he has the windows logo up on his 
screen and he said that it has been trying to 
restart for the past 3 min and it has not started 
yet.
and when he walked into hs office this morning it 
had an error message. and windows does not want 
to start up yet.
