account for him as a backup option in case he's
not able to login off campus

He brought in his WOU laptop this morning and 
said that he has to have this done by noon 
because he is leaving.

he said that paul installed some software on it 
and now he is unable to log into the computer.
and it asks for admin rights.

Rememeber he needs this done by noon because he 
is leaving and needs the laptop to go with him
