Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you today
about the problems you're having logging into your
laptop. If you have not ever logged into this
computer before then the first time you log in you
will need to be plugged into WOU's network. If you
have logged into it before then a tech will need
to take a look at the computer in person to
diagnose and repair the problem.

I see that you would also like to be able to hook
your laptop up in your office. We need to schedule
a time when a tech can come over and set this up

she would like the desktop moved out of her 
office but to keep the monitor and she would also 
like a cord to be able to hook up the monitor to 
her laptop.

she is trying to log into her laptop with her 
network login and password and it wont let her, 
when she logs into the network on her desktop 
they work just fine. 

she does not know why it is not working.

she is off campus right now.

she can be on campus if someone needs her to be.
