I cold reset the printer and it is back up and
running.

called to check on the task, says when she
rebooted the computer she is getting a "network
access denied"  says it shows up as a red screen.

when she tells it to print. it wont print and 
comes up witha  box saying to check to the 
printer, make sure the printer is turned on or 
online, and check to install the printer.
