I talked with Bill Kernan and Student tech will 
be holding off on replacing at this time since 
there is other scanners available in this 
location and it doesn't seem like an urgent 
need.  It is out of warranty and buying parts 
would probably cost the same as replacement with 
new

Its not fixable.  The top is broken off the
hinges.  She is going to call Tricia to see if we
can replace it, or they have to do it themselves.

3 machine is broken, making it difficult for 
scanning.
