she is trying to log into the blogging server for 
western because she is tryin to get familar with 
it before she has to teach the new freshmen how 
to get used to blogging.

when she goes to log into the blogging. it says 
that sorry for our appoligies but you do not have 
access to the blogging for western.

she would like to be able to get access to it.
