Her e-mail was forwarding to another account and
her local copy of her IMAP files was corrupted so
outlook wouldn't start. Fixed both issues. She is
contacting someone else about her Banner problems.

im changing it to high priority because she has 
deadlines to meet and she cant recieve any emails.

and now she is not able to get into banner

her email is also frozen as of july 14th and 
there is a green bar in the middle of the screen

she wasnt able to get into her email at home and 
now she is on campus and can not get any emails 
from july to september. and she has been told 
that she has been sent a lot of emails in taht 
period. she would like someone to help her 
retrieve them.
