Login error was due to the website editing access
being turned off. The issues she was having
accessing the other sites she needed she was
entering the wrong addresses.

when she logs onto the network she gets a message 
saying Network access is denied... she can get 
onto her desktop and open up the browser, but can 
not go any further past the WOU site.

she has also tried restarting her computer and it 
still does the same thing
