I know your department has been busy this week and
last with computer issues, but when do you
anticipate a University Computer Support tech
employee can come by to take care of the password
issues with "Northwest Passage" editor-in-chief
Kyle Martinak's computer? My schedule is pretty
flexible today through this Friday.
 
The two ticket numbers are as follows: ticket
number 33898 and 33899. Kyle and I spoke the other
day with Kevin. The hard drive WOU number is
20031278[Edit Inv]. We have the "Northwest Passage" e-mail
address already.
 
I can be reached here at my office at 838-9697 and
Kyle can be reached at his cell number, which is
(503) 481-6732 or via his student e-mail address,
which is kmartinak06@wou.edu
 
In terms of schedules, I'm in my office Mondays
and Tuesdays from 3 p.m. until we get the
"Journal" done and "put to bed", and Wednesdays
through Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with
an hour typically for lunch. Kyle has class on the
following days and times: Mondays 12-2 and 3 to 5
p.m.; Tuesdays 9 to 11 a.m. lab and 12 to 2 p.m.;
Wednesdays 12-2 p.m., 3 to 5 p.m., and 5:30 to 7
p.m.; Thursdays from 12 to 2 p.m. and he has no
classes on Fridays.
 
We really need to have Kyle's computer issues
resolved this week so that he can access the
"Northwest Passage" computer. Thank you very much

The editor in chief's computer wou # does not show
up in inventory.

Kyle Martinak is the student who needs access.  He
is the new editor-in-chief of Northwest passage. 
The former editor-in-chief left conflicting
passwords to the account on the mac there and
neither work.
