replaced the faceplate and his printer was acting
up and the queue was backed up. I cleared it and
restarted the printer. It should work, but he left
for class.

Josh went over there and must have not been able 
to get it working. 

the prof said that he would like a new face 
plate on the computer now too.

he is still unable to do everything. he is stuck 
and cannot work. he has class at 10 am

called again to check on that status of this task.
 
when he tries to click on his email a message
comes up saying "internet explorer cannot display
webpage"  says he has check and the Ethernet cord
is plugged from the wall to his machine. 

available times: 
today for another 10 min.
monday from 8am-10am. 
needs this to be done by monday

He is unable to print from his machine as well.

He has to go home and await a phone call, so he 
will be leaving campus in about half an hour's 
time.

when he logs into to view his email an error 
message comes up, internet is slow and cannot 
view the web page. He might not be hooked up to 
the internet, he says. And there seems to be 
something broken with his CD rom.
