She resolved the issue herself but I saw that her
printer list needed to be cleaned.  I cleaned the
printer list up for her so that it wasn't to
confusing.

She can't see printer# 20080297[Edit Inv] in Printers and 
Faxes folders. The printer is in the utillities 
room 166. Her back up is in Ed 111 and it says 
access denied.
