Hi, this is Gabe with UCS, and I am emailing you
to see if you are still having problems with your

called saying whatever is going on seems to get
fixed when she shuts her machine down. says
sometimes the I-drive is on her machine and
sometimes it is not. says when it is not there she
reboots and then it appears this happens a lot. 

Called and left a VM asking if she still needs help.

Found out that the steam pipe broke in the ITC 
Fan Room and has water streaming all over the 
place including the switches so all cameras, 
networks, everthing are down until Paul can 
replace the switches after the Plant repairs the 
pipes

Called and left vmail

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.
