I talked with Katthy who reported that when they 
try to use this laptop on  wireless but can't 
seem to get past reg process then when she tried 
it with the cord it won't work either.  She said 
it came up with a "licensing error msg" that she 
was not sure what it said exactly... Teresa says 
there was no wireless under Scheck or Kathy for 
this laptop and has know approved Scheck as a 
authorized/paid wireless user so it should work 
for him know.  I am sending a new mouse back with 
the laptop as the one they are currently using 
stopped working.
