she has had two people come over and tried to 
install meeting matrix. and now it pops up with 
contact info for the company and she called them 
and they said that she needs admin rights to 
install it. and now she is asking for someone to 
come over and help her so she can have meeting 
matrix. she is really needing this task to be 
done asap. it is holding her work up
