Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. I am emailing you
in regards to your service request for youtube not
working in your office. So if you open an internet
browser and go to www.adobe.com and off to the
right side there is a button that says "Get Adobe
Flash Player". Click that and install that, and
that should take care of your problem! If you are
still having problems please email me back and we
can have someone come look at it!

unable to in his office. says all he gets is a
