Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you about 
service request number 34153. In this request 
you complained about some "ghost" files 
appearing in your mail application. I just wanted 
to know if this is still a problem for you now that 
we have changed over to the new mail system on 
campus. 

If this is still a problem please contact us and let

Called and left a voicemail asking if this is still a 
problem and if so asking for availability.

He uses applemail, it is under the
seabrim@wou.edu. He clicks on the public folders,
and it asks for users, two come up, one is
ebarkhurst06. He can't delete them, he tried going
to sundown to delete these files but they dont
show up. For reasons ascetic and security he would
like them removed
