Gina,

Go to Start menu and select Control Panel.

Click on the mail icon.

Click Show Profiles.

Highlight the Sun Java Profile.

Click Copy.
Under New profile name, name it Old Mail.

Click OK.

Then highlight Sun Java Profile, and click Remove.

Close the Mail applet and try the java connector
program again.

If you still have problems, please call me and I
can come over and do it.

 Save this attachment, and run it on your
computer, filling in the prompts where you need to.

Please let me know if that corrects your outlook
issue.

she uses outlook as her primary and everytime she 
opens it is pops up with a message that says: 
cannot open your default email folders, sunjava 
system connecter for microsoft outlook error, 
one of the casues can be do to network connection.
