Tami,

You are an admin on that computer, I did that when
I copied the icon to the desktop.

You’ll have to log out and log back in for it to work.

she is needing to be made admin on that computer 
to be able to use the Nuesoft express.. the icon 
is on the desktop though. she has a line of 
students at her desk too

Hi Tami,
This is Lance from the University Computing
Services with Western Oregon. Im emailing you in
regards to your task about Neusoft Express not on
the desktop of a computer. On the machine you need
it on you can follow these instructions to fix it.

Start
All Programs
A list should pop up and then you can locate
Neusoft Express
Once you find it you move your mouse over it and
another side window will open next to the name.
There you should see the icon to start the program
From here you can hold down the left mouse button
on the icon and drag it to the desktop.

when she is on her own computer she has the icon 
on her desktop. but when she is on another 
computer and signs into her network login. she 
cannot get that icon to show up on her desktop 
and she needs it on that computer too.
