Hi Peter,

We were just following up with you that Jordan's
(UCS) email to you with the link worked for you
to save the converter files. If not, just let us
know, we'll be happy to help. We didn't want to
close the task if we still could be of assistance.

Thanks!

Hey, the like here should allow you to save the
converter file and use it to convert your works
files. Click Here. If you need anything else
please let me know!
Thank you,

Jordan,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have some old files from an old home computer,
which I'd like to retrieve, if possible, but they
are Works files.

I used to have a program on my computer at work
(which you guys installed years ago) that
converted Works files into Word files, so I could
draft a student assignment in Works at home and
then edit that assignment in Word at work.

Either I no longer have that Works to Word
conversion program or I am doing something wrong,
but I definitely need the ability to use Works
files on my WOU computer.

I'd be very grateful for your advice.

Hey this is Jordan with the UCS. I am emailing you
in regards to your service request for a floppy
disk not working. So there is something on this
disk that you need to get off is that correct?
Thank you,
   ~Jordan

Mr. Peter was trying to use his floppy disk.
However, the computer always responds that the
drive has/or has not(that is what he is telling
me) formatted to a macintosh.
