Hello,
I am checking in for the status of the printers 
for the HL-Ref & 
HL-Color queues.  Related task numbers are 34043 
and 34020.

For the HL-Ref queue, which bears the heaviest 
load, we currently have 
one new Xerox functional, and one old HP, into 
which we just place the 
only spare Q1339A cartridge.  If we are to depend 
on the HP for a while, 
we need additional cartridges on hand, please.

I'm not sure if this piece was ever called in:  
WOU #20060076, another 
HP printer that Adam supplied us with when the 
Xeroxes went belly up, is 
not functional.  It prints too fuzzy to be 
useful, and we've unplugged 
it from the network.
