She had a copy of outlook.exe version 11 (i.e.
2003) in her startup menu.

Good morning, 
Bryan did fix this problem.  The issues were 
error messages: 

"This application has failed to start because 
OUTLIB.dll was not found. Re-installing the 
application may fix this problem"  
"This application failed to start because 
ZLIB1.dll was not found.  Re-installing the 
application may fix this problem" 

Additionally, beginning today, when I click on 
the OUTLOOK icon to open my email the "choose 
profile" message box pops up and I have to direct 
the program to SUNDOWN.

Is there something I can do on my end to correct 
this?

she is getting a notification to change her 
incoming server, and she is not sure how to do 
that. she is wondering if someone can call her 
and help her out.
