says it is not to update her computer but a
graduates assistant computer Ashley Kuehlwein.

Everything was already up to date on her computer.
 she said she would get an error message when she
opened Microsoft office 2008 but i didn't see one
when i tried.  She logs into her computer as
wouuser, because she said her profile would be
changed if she tried to used her standard account.
 She said everything was fine then.

Inventory doesn't show that she is able to upgrade
to the new office 2007. Can update her flash and
windows updates.

ED40955HALEYK is the machine name, add the student
to the local admin group or perform the updates
for her.
