Her printing issue is resolved. I applied a
security update on her Mac, and that may have
resolved her problem with the malware message.
Didn't get a chance to look at her issue with the
PowerPoint files.

she was working late last night and she said that
a message popped up saying that she had malware
on her computer, so she didnt click anything. all
she did was close the pop up. she said her
computer is running kind of flakey too.

also she is trying to open power point files, but
the message says that they are currently in use.
she said that she created the power points on a
PC and now she is trying to open them from her
imac. some will open but then some wont.

and third one is: she is trying to print to teh
department printer, and it says that the network
printer has been paused. but if she goes to the
office where the printer is then she can print it.

Comp#: 20080825[Edit Inv]
